Enie van de Meiklokjes

Enie van de Meiklokjes (real name Doreen Meiklokjes Stærbo, born August 1, 1974 in Potsdam) is a German television presenter and radio play speaker.

After training as a display designer, she began her television career in 1996 at the music channel VIVA. From 1999 to 2001 she presented "Bravo TV" on RTL II. She later presented various formats, including "Sweet & Easy - Enie backt" on sixx and "Das große Backen" on Sat.1.

In 1999, she received the Bravo Otto in silver in the “TV presenter” category for her commitment.

Enie van de Meiklokjes has been married to Danish musician Tobias Stærbo since 2014 and is the mother of twins. In addition to her television work, she is an ambassador for the German Children's Fund.

Enie's handedness has not been conclusively determined. She signs with her right hand. This can be seen in photos from autograph sessions. This in itself does not rule out her being left-handed, because many left-handed people have been retrained to write with their right hand. We will keep an eye on this and watch one or two of her baking shows. Perhaps stirring dough, cutting pieces of cake or tasting will reveal a little more about her handedness.
